1. Delivery Policy

• Delivery fee is 500 fils to all areas in Kuwait.

• Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 24 hours from the time the order is received.

• Delivery hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.

• In case of any issue with your order, please contact us through the communication channels listed on your invoice.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

• The original invoice is required.

• Purchased items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date, provided they are unused and undamaged (terms and conditions apply).

• For exchange/return, the product must be brought to our company location in Hawally, Block 2, Street 67 (Google Maps name: 3lcost).

• If the customer cannot bring the product, the delivery company will collect it, and a fee of 3 KD will be charged.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, with commission fees deducted (depending on the payment card). The amount will be refunded within 48 business hours.

• Products that do not require inspection will be exchanged immediately.

• Products requiring inspection will be reviewed within 2 to 5 business days.

• Returned products will be delivered back to the customer free of charge.

• If a product has an unrepairable defect, it will be replaced according to the exchange policy.

• If the original invoice is unavailable, management approval is required.

• Damage due to misuse or negligence will be handled according to company policy.

20. Delivery Locations

Delivery is available within Kuwait only and to accessible locations.
The customer is responsible for being present at the delivery address.

21. Delivery Address

Please ensure the delivery address is accurate.
Required details:

• Recipient name

• Phone number

• Governorate

• Block number

• Street number

• Building number

22. Change of Delivery Address

Address changes after invoice issuance must be requested via customer service or WhatsApp for security reasons.

23. Delivery Confirmation

Customers will be contacted before delivery to confirm the delivery date and time.

24. Delivery Schedule

• Customers must be available at the delivery address.

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in cancellation or additional charges.

• If the customer is unavailable twice, the order may be canceled and delivery fees will not be refunded.

25. Delivery Arrangements

• Orders are confirmed via SMS or email.

• Delivery staff are not allowed to hand over products without prior payment.

• Customers must inspect products upon delivery and sign delivery documents.

• Any visible damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours.

26. Delivery Damages

If products are damaged, notify customer service within 48 hours.
Damaged products must be kept for inspection.

27. Warranty Terms

• Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, breakage, or liquid damage.

• Tampered or broken products void warranty.

• Manufacturing defects will be replaced, not repaired.

28. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before shipment.

• Full refunds will be issued if canceled before delivery.

• Cancellation within 48 hours of delivery may not include delivery fees.

29. Return Policy

• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable.

• Refund processing time depends on the bank (1 day to 3 weeks).
